This case is designed for ¾ length cues only. It can hold either two ¾ cues, or one ¾ cue with butts/extensions.
The case measures 122cm (length) x 10cm (width) x 5cm (depth), giving extra space for a second cue or extensions.
It is made from premium alloy, providing superior strength and protection compared to standard cases.
The alloy is water-resistant, offering protection against light splashes or rain, but it is not fully waterproof.
Delivery, Shipping & Returns
• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days (pool tables excluded).
• Orders placed before 12pm (midday, UK time) are dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
• Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
• Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.
• All orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Most international shipments are fully trackable.
• Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply when your order reaches your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
• If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please let us know straight away.
• We may request a photo or for the item to be returned for inspection.
• For confirmed faulty or damaged products, we will cover the return postage costs.
International Returns
• Customers outside the UK are responsible for covering return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).
