Master Cue:

A superior handed finished ebony and ash 3/4 cue with with contemporary red finishing. A stiff straight grained premium ash shaft to aid potting accuracy and cueball control. The cue has 4 ebony splices above the join and an additional 8 red splices on the butt of the cue. This isn't just a beautiful and unique set it feels beautiful in the hand to.

Cue length: 58” long.
Cue weights: Ranging from 19.6oz to 20.6oz.
Tip size: 9.1mm to 9.3mm.
Superior high-grade, hand-selected ash.
Fitted with an internally threaded and glued high-caliber brass ferrule.
All Ultimate Pool Master cues come with a butt joint that is compatible with any cue extension.
All Ultimate Pool Master cues arrive polished, silky smooth, and are ready to play with straight away. They come fitted with a medium Ultimate Pool Cues blue tip that has been shaped and prepared for your first shot.

Where do I start? Firstly it was delivered to the wrong address and UP told me to take this up with courier … FANTASTIC OWNERSHIP. Then when I finally managed to have a proper look at the product I noticed a chip in the wood and requested to return and was told I am not able to do so as I have thrown away the card board box it come in. I have offered to buy a new one but still won’t let me send it back and are now ignoring messages. I have had to speak with citizens advise and request a charge back.

We do not sell used cues to customers and therefore a cue that has been used, chalked and packaging thrown away is not able to be returned. The cue was delivered to your neighbour as you were not home by the courier.

I love my new pool cue won my first 2 pool league games with it, probably an inch too long but that's personal preference, it's awesome

I’ve always been a little dubious abt buying a cue online, nothing to do with the company, more abt that personal touch, the feel of the cue etc, but when I saw this incredible offer on the ultimate pool shop I thought I’d take a chance, it arrived pretty quickly, & i have to say I was very very pleasantly surprised at how accurate the description was, I weighed & measured my current cue 1st before ordering, when the new 1 arrived it was perfect, perfect weight, perfect length, great looking, fantastic quality & the case is of fantastic quality too, i really couldn’t be happier, I play local league & county but no where near the standard we all watch on ultimate pool Tv, but already with this new cue I feel feel so much more comfortable around the table, having a good cue does make all the difference, so thank you guys, great value, have already recommended to my friends 5*****
