• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days (pool tables excluded).
• Orders placed before 12pm (midday, UK time) are dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

• We may request a photo or for the item to be returned for inspection.
• For confirmed faulty or damaged products, we will cover the return postage costs.
